Our Approach ↗Share the postcode, building use, existing records and proposed work.
A suitable firm can review the scope, access and specialist support needed, with your agreement.
Review the proposal, deliverables and programme before booking work.

Commercial sites across Sheffield, Rotherham and nearby parts of South Yorkshire and north Derbyshire.
The asbestos survey you need depends on the purpose of the inspection. A management survey supports ongoing occupation and maintenance, while a refurbishment or demolition survey investigates the fabric affected by planned works. Share your drawings and proposed activities before booking so the investigation can cover the right areas and identify access requirements.
Asbestos removal is not always the right first action. Material in good condition that is unlikely to be disturbed may be managed in place following assessment. Damage, deterioration and construction plans can change that decision. Review the actual material and its setting with a competent specialist before authorising maintenance or planning a removal project.
A photograph cannot confirm whether a material contains asbestos. It can help describe the location and plan access, but laboratory analysis of a representative sample is needed for identification. Do not break off a piece to send with an enquiry. Keep the material undisturbed and arrange a controlled assessment of the sampling requirements.
Tell us about your commercial site. Include the postcode, your planned work and any known asbestos information.
Stop the activity and keep people away from suspect material. Do not attempt to sample or clean it yourself.
